My studio was impeccably clean when I arrived, also cleaned every day. A few bottles of water were left in the kitchen every day, as well as tea bags/coffee. Fast WiFi. The hotel is not new, but my studio was comfortable and quiet, with a huge comfortable bed. I really liked the location less than 20 min walk to a free beach. Lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets around( I recommend Lulu which is part of the World Trade Center). There is a wine shop on the ground floor of the building (separate entrance). It was really easy to get to from the airport, bus A2. Huge thank you to AHMED at the reception who made everything to make my stay great. DONNA was also very kind and helpful.

We spent 1 week at Uptown Hotel and everything was amazing in the apartment we booked. the apartment was big and very comfortable. Every day they cleaned the apartment, changed sheets and towels and left tea, coffee and water in the kitchen. All the staff were very polite and helpful for anything you needed. The location was perfect, close to the bus station, supermarkets and the sea. You don't need to cook at all because Lulu supermarket offers a variety of traditional foods at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend to spend more than 1 week at this hotel. I am thinking to turn back again this year at Uptown hotel. Thank you.

The location of apartments was excellent. Getting taxi from was easy and also to get Taxi back had no issues as just asked for the hospital right near the Location. Staff were very helpful. The apartment was excellent, cleaned daily and perfect for what I needed. Value for money, and although you may read poor reviews from others, I would say ignore. If I were to return to Abu Dhabi definitely would stay here again. Thanks for excellent service and friendly staff

Everything was pretty good. No complaint. Big room with good view to city. Good location. Not far from grocery. Very clean. Lovelly lady was cleaning our room was so nice. Was surprised for a good breakfast delievered every morning to the room. We booked 3 more nights in this hotel from other place, because it was sold out in booking.com Luggage storage after check out really helped. For sure gonna stay next time here.

This is a beautiful hotel! It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We're in town for a stressful event, and coming back to this room was very peaceful. Great location. it's easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. There is a beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city.
